To better promote the implementation of the goal of "cultivating talents, achieving practical results, building brands and ensuring long-term effectiveness", on September 11th, Haihui Machinery organized a training session for business backbones in accordance with the company's development situation.

This training mainly consists of three aspects. First, the technical director will provide a detailed explanation of the production line design drawings and have multi-faceted exchanges with everyone on common problems, enabling personnel at all levels to have a deeper understanding of the equipment system, design plans, etc.

Another aspect is the reward system. Haihui has always adhered to the principle of "respecting people, cultivating people, motivating people, and achieving people". According to the reward mechanism established last month, it distributed reward money to employees. This is to encourage everyone to persevere with determination, keep forging ahead and add more impetus.

Finally, regarding business communication, the business manager had a thorough discussion with everyone on multiple aspects such as the first communication, problem extension, negotiation skills, and customer rejection, answered questions, and integrated experience, skills, and excellent practices to inspire employees' confidence and courage.
