Process flow:
The entire production line is fed into the hopper by self-unloading mine cars and then conveyed to the C series jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the ZSW series vibrating feeder. The materials produced by the jaw crusher are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the HPZ single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed materials pass through a vibrating screen for one screening, and the finished products that meet the specified particle size are screened out.
The production process can change the selection of equipment combinations according to the customer's output and the particle size requirements of the output. The solution can vary with the demand and is not fixed.
