Process flow:
The entire production line is roughly crushed by the C series jaw crusher. The materials produced by the jaw crusher are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the HPS single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (medium crusher) for secondary crushing. It is then conveyed to the HPZ single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (fine crushing), and then screened through the vibrating screen. Finally, the magnetic separator screens out the finished materials that meet the specified particle size.
The production process can change the selection of equipment combinations according to the customer's output and the particle size requirements of the output. The solution can vary with the demand and is not fixed.
