Working principle:
1. This series of roller machines mainly consists of a motor, internal drive assembly, grinding roller, main frame, sliding frame assembly, spring, reinforced crossbeam fixed shaft seat, hydraulic station, shock absorber mechanism and other components. The structure is compact and precise, and the movement and rotation are smooth. The fixed grinding roller is fixed on the main frame with bolts, and the other set of grinding rollers can slide as a whole on the main frame with the change of spring pressure, automatically adjusting the gap between the two sets of grinding rollers, that is, the fineness of the finished product. If metal debris falls between the two grinding rollers, the sliding grinding roller compresses the spring due to impact, which can cause the sliding grinding roller to retreat, thus achieving the purpose of not damaging the equipment.
2. Automatic adjustment of discharge fineness, based on the hardness and feeding conditions of the material, adjusts the pressure of the spring to cause the sliding frame assembly to move slightly, thereby achieving the gap between the sliding frame assembly (with a set of grinding roller assemblies installed on it) and the fixed assembly. At the same time, the adjustment screw should be loosened to facilitate automatic sliding without obstruction (the gap is required to be within 10MM). When the material enters the gap between the two grinding rollers for sanding; Due to the reactive force, the sliding grinding roller can be instantly compressed and ejected slightly, while rotating towards the opposite direction to crush the material to achieve the required fineness. When the two grinding rollers wear out and the discharge fineness increases, the adjustment screw should be loosened again, and the hydraulic supply station oil should compress the spring again to achieve automatic adjustment of fineness.
3. The driving mechanism is transmitted from the motor to the high-speed shaft of the hard gear through a coupling, driving the internal drive transmission assembly, and then transmitted to the grinding roller through the coupling to rotate in the opposite direction, thereby crushing the material and discharging the finished product from the discharge port.
