1. Modular non welded structure: Improper welding can alter the material properties of the crusher, affecting its overall lifespan, causing unnecessary maintenance, and delaying production. The new crusher adopts separate casting of front and rear gears, and is connected to the side plate and integral bearing seat with pin bolts, making the transportation of the crusher more convenient.

2. Easy and convenient installation: The optimized design of the crusher has better balance, and the installation uses shock-absorbing pads and limit blocks, which shortens the installation time without the need for pre made precisely sized anchor bolt holes or anchor bolts.

3. Integrated motor installation: The crusher is equipped with a motor frame at the factory, which is integrated with the crusher, reducing the installation space and V-belt length of the crusher. The synchronous movement of the motor and crusher increases the lifespan of the V-belt.

4. Finite element analysis: The crusher adopts industry professional mechanical motion design software for auxiliary design. From component modeling to mechanism analysis, from dynamic analysis to finite element analysis, the entire design process has been effectively controlled.

5. Optimization of crushing chamber type: The optimized design of the crushing chamber type with a reasonable stroke allows for higher output of the crusher. Whether it's pebbles, rocks, or ores, they all have matching tooth plates.

6. Adjustment is more convenient and easy to achieve automation: the new crusher adopts block adjustment. Mechanical adjustment allows the crusher to be adjusted both during operation and shutdown. After replacing with hydraulic adjustment, the crusher can achieve automatic control without the need to add or remove bulky pads or manually tighten the spring rod nuts. Simply press the button to adjust and pre tighten the jaw.
