Working principle:

PE impact crusher is a crushing machinery that uses impact force to crush materials. When working, the motor rotates at high speed to drive the rotor to move at high speed. When the material enters the machine from the feeding port, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer on the rotor, and then thrown onto the counterattack lining plate for further crushing. Afterwards, it bounces back from the counterattack lining plate to the hammer action zone for cyclic crushing. During this process, materials also collide with each other, achieving the effect of fragmentation. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged through the discharge port.
